This issue totally about social and how does it work to stated from above is relevant to Malaysia and it being one of South East Asia developing country. Every single time, this issue rarely comes out in news of world. Because of married couple that also very busy with their jobs until neglected and abuse. TITLE: 

Child Neglect is An Abuse

ABSTRACT:

This prevalence of child neglect is an abuse explored, including the incidence of corporal punishment, the scope of child victimisation, and the number of poly victims. Trends indicating a decline in sexual abuse, physical abuse, sexual assaults of teenagers, crimes against teens ages 12-17, juvenile victim homicides and domestic violence are discussed and recommendations are made for future research. This issue is specifically focused on youngster married couple aged 19-29 years old.

ISSUES: What is Child Abuse & Neglect ? 

DEFINITION: A simple understanding about, mistreatment of a minor by an adult legally responsible for the minor.

TARGET AUDIENCE: 

This project is targeted to youngers married couple around the age of 19-29 years old. Because it happening in Malaysia and it being one of South East Asia developing country. Why i selected the age group? Because this particular age group are mature to understand about this social issues but yet still learning about society. Therefore, in that age the parents keep busy with their job until neglected to their child. I believe that this group also are less aware about the issue.

GOAL:

To make sure new couple married aware of the issue and realize the effects and causes of it to their child.

OBJECTIVES:

• To engage user about child neglect is an abuse using visual and audio elements
• To stimulate awareness on child neglect is an abuse using visual and audio elements
• To think twice before contemplating child neglect is an abuse.
