Title: Shapes of Life

Artist Statement: Shapes may seem distant, but they also meanings endless. Is are quote stated in my video. This short motion graphics showed how shapes change one person life through a lots of colour combine. Life here is related to the colours human's heart in reacting to the words. The ways, shape moves without any typography on can represent something explain with colours and  meaningless to us. In my concepts, ‘typography or words’ are generally like advises and motivation that some people always ignore or take them lightly. And so is the time, you can never change the past once it is already happened. So we should appreciate it with our hearts before the beauty of the words disappeared and leave us with nothing but only a painful scars of words-REGRETS.

Research !

This website tell me all about motion graphics!

http://motiongraphics.nu

New Process.

First of all, I really wanna know more about Motion Graphics! So, i make a research about it.
What i have learn is -->

Motion graphics are graphics that use video footage and/or animation technology to create the illusion of motion or rotation, and are usually combined with audio for use in multimediaprojects. Motion graphics are usually displayed via electronic media technology, but may be displayed via manual powered technology (e.g. thaumatropephenakistoscopestroboscope,zoetropepraxinoscopeflip book) as well. The term is useful for distinguishing still graphics from graphics with a transforming appearance over time without over-specifying the form.

Hurrmm.

I dunno what to say for making a video, really not my skills at all. I'm arts on hands, not by software. I'm trying my best for this final. They are 3 ideas that i can't do it by software that i haven't learn. I'm actually give up, i didnt go for presentation last week. I really think that i'm super stupi* for be in MA now! But now, i made a decision to learn form down using After Effects for da first time. I really don't have any idea for using this, i'm really zero knowledge for AE. I have use Adobe Flash before for my foundation year, but da project not really good at all. Because, I thought if use AE better quality will have for Motion Graphics. So, I decided to use AE no matter what even though, I'll go through this shit! At the same time, not my time for learning from da beginners. I don't want sit in my comfort zone for being stress. And hell yea! I was cry learning AE by my own. But hey! I can pull it through and I feel happy about it since I started to like AE more after this because someone just made my day :) Thanks God.

Very thankful to you tubers :)

History

The history of emotions has become an increasingly popular topic recently, with some scholars arguing that it is an essential category of analysis, not unlike class, race, or gender. Historians, like other social scientists, assume that emotions, feelings and their expressions are regulated in different ways by both different cultures and different historical times, andconstructivist school of history claims even that some sentiments and meta-emotions, for example Schadenfreude, are learnt and not only regulated by culture. Historians of emotion trace and analyse the changing norms and rules of feeling, while examining emotional regimes, codes, and lexicons from social, cultural or political history perspectives. Others focus on the history of medicine, science or psychology. What somebody can and may feel (and show) in a given situation, towards certain people or things, depends on social norms and rules. It is thus historically variable and open to change.  Several research centers have sprung up in different countries in the past few years in Germany, England, Spain, Sweden and Australia.

Furtherly, research in historical trauma suggests that some traumatic emotions can be passed on from parents to offspring to second and even third generation, presented as examples of transgenerational trauma.

Etymology, definitions, and differentiation

The word "emotion" dates back to 1579, when it was adapted from the French word Ã©mouvoir, which means "to stir up". However, the earliest precursors of the word likely dates back to the very origins of language. Emotions have been described as discrete and consistent responses to internal or external events which have a particular significance for the organism. Emotions are brief in duration and consist of a coordinated set of responses, which may include verbal, physiologicalbehavioural, and neural mechanisms.  Emotions have also been described as biologically given and a result of evolution because they provided good solutions to ancient and recurring problems that faced our ancestors.

Emotion can be differentiated from a number of similar constructs within the field of affective neuroscience:
  • Feelings are best understood as a subjective representation of emotions, private to the individual experiencing them.
  • Moods are diffuse affective states that generally last for much longer durations than emotions and are also usually less intense than emotions.
  • Affect is an encompassing term, used to describe the topics of emotion, feelings, and moods together, even though it is commonly used interchangeably with emotion.

Components of emotion

In Scherer's components processing model of emotion,  five crucial elements of emotion are said to exist. From the component processing perspective, emotion experience is said to require that all of these processes become coordinated and synchronized for a short period of time, driven by appraisal processes. Although the inclusion of cognitive appraisal as one of the elements is slightly controversial, since some theorists make the assumption that emotion and cognition are separate but interacting systems, the component processing model provides a sequence of events that effectively describes the coordination involved during an emotional episode.

  • Cognitive appraisal: provides an evaluation of events and objects
  • Bodily symptoms: the physiological component of emotional experience
  • Action tendencies: a motivational component for the preparation and direction of motor responses.
  • Expression: facial and vocal expression almost always accompanies an emotional state to communicate reaction and intention of actions
  • Feelings: the subjective experience of emotional state once it has occurred

that is shape of a women body. and if you can see, this artwork looks like surrealism. Furthemore, why I did some blood on the body? because a lot of women also tired to handle this 4 emotion. That is Love, Suffering, Depression and Wome. Love? Who don't love women? Mother for example, give a lot of loves to us. Suffering? Means, all women i think always suffer for their live to get a good and perfect thing that very important for them. Depression? Yes! This emotion important to us, because of suffering on loves maybe? Make everyone depress. Finally, women my topic here :) Color that I use here, for my simple typography in red colour. I choose red because 4 of my emotion explain a lot.
